Farahdine sport

For Imajica, the purchase of Farahdine is a dream come true.  She is one of the last daughters of Doruto ithe legendary stallion who sired many international Grand Prix horses in the 1980s and 1990s.  Foaled in 1962, nearly 40 years later, in 1999, Doruto was still ranked #1 in the WORLD as the sire of dressage horses.  Just a few of his offspring who have competed internationally: Barbria, Barichta, Chevaliver, Ideaal, Mambo, Udo S, and Gideon.

Farahdine competed through FEI dressage before being retired to reproduce her wonderful bloodlines.  Her dam, Uletrina, was a Keur mare sired by the Lucky Boy son, Omega (3/4 Thoroughbred).  Lucky Boy is considered to be the most influential Thoroughbred sire of all time in the KWPN.  Farahdine's grand-mother, Lady Orchide, was sired by the Amor son, Epigoon.  Epigoon sired both international dressage horses and show jumpers.  With three of the most influential sires of all time for the KWPN (Doruto, Amor and Lucky Boy) in her first four generations, Farahdine would be a welcome breeding addition to any breeding program.  We are very excited to have her, and combine her bloodlines with Hierarch (resulting offspring will be double Doruto) and Olivier.
